Mary Willson Ervin Chopin
(Although Willson moved out of Tallahassee before our graduation, we decided to include her here as she had many friends in our class)
Mary Willson Chopin passed away peacefully on Monday, January 26, 2009 at her home in Metairie, Louisiana at the age of 66 years. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Chopin, her former husband, Cooper Chopin (1941-1979), her parents Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Ervin of Eutaw, Alabama. She is survived by her son, Christopher Chopin of Ft. Collins, Colorado, her sister, Louise Ervin of Pontchatoula, Louisiana, her neice, Nancy Luketich and several other nieces and nephews.
She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Willson was Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker TEC Realtors until her recent retirement and was highly regarded in the local real estate community.
